- Volunteers should be at least 18 years old for independent field activities. Younger participants may join approved supervised events.

- Volunteers and partners must commit to safeguarding, non-discrimination, and community dignity standards.
- Institutional partners should have clear points of contact and operational capacity for agreed deliverables.
- Specialized roles may require prior experience, references, or additional orientation before deployment.
